Back to the grotty weather

Well, looks like we're back to the snow/sleet/rain...atleast it's not laying, but certainly hampers any work I want to get done outside, so not really done much with the chickens today.

Got the catalogue for the auction next Saturday, so will be sat down with my highlighter tonight marking off the birds I am interested in. Lots of Pekins entered, so should at least pick up a few and hopefully, our Indian Game pair and Shamo hen will sell.

Incidentally, we have an Indian Game hen with curley toes that's free to a good home, she's a sweet girl and lays well, but can't put her in the auction with the other pair, so if I can't find a home for her, she'll have to be culled on Friday.
